5-42-27 Temporary Lodging

  1. Lodging Information. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee shall obtain and a covered sex offender shall provide the following information when the sex offender will be absent from his residence for three (3) days or more:
    1. Identifying information of the temporary lodging locations including addresses and names, and
    2. The dates the sex offender will be staying at each temporary lodging location.
    3. Travel Abroad. In the event the sex offender will be traveling outside the United States for more than three (3) days, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee shall immediately provide this information to INTERPOL and any other jurisdiction where the offender is registered or required to register, and
      1. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department must also notify the U.S. Marshals Service as well as immediately update NCIC/NSOR information; and
      2. The sex offender shall notify the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee of such intent to travel outside of the United States at least twenty-eight (28) days in advance of such travel.
