5-42-29 Vehicle Information

Detailed Information. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee shall obtain and a covered sex offender shall provide the following information related to all vehicles owned and operated by the sex offender for work or personal use including land vehicles, aircrafts and watercrafts:

1. License plate numbers,
2. Registration numbers or identifiers,
3. General description of the vehicle to include color, make, model and year, and
4. Any permanent or frequent location where any covered vehicle is kept.
