RULE 18. JOINDER OF CLAIMS AND REMEDIES.

  1. Any party asserting a claim to relief as an original claim, counterclaim, crossclaim, or third party claim may join either as independent or as alternative claims as many claims either legal or equitable as he has against an opposing party.
  2. Whenever a claim is one cognizable only after another claim has been prosecuted to a successful conclusion, the two claims may be joined in a single action, but the Court shall grant relief in said action only after determining that the right to relief has been established in the proper manner and in the proper order.  For example, a Plaintiff may state a claim for money damages and a claim to have set aside a fraudulent conveyance as to him without first having obtained a judgment establishing the claim for money damages.
