RULE 22. INTERPLEADER.

Any party to a lawsuit who believes that he is or may be exposed to double or multiple liability may make application to the Court for permission to join as parties those people whom he believes expose him to inconsistent or multiple liability by way of interpleader.  Interpleader will be liberally granted by the Court to the extent that it does not deprive the Court of Jurisdiction over the proceedings.
