4-4-1. ALTERNATIVE REMEDY TO A CIVIL ACTION.

In any dispute between persons within the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court’s civil jurisdiction over a claim of a person debt, not incurred from an established business, or child support owed or a dispute over ownership of personal property, any adverse party may petition the Tribal Court for an alternative remedy to a civil action as hereinafter provided.
