4-4-5. COURT APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT.

If both the petitioner and the respondent reach a mutual agreement it shall be transcribed and approved by the Judge of the Tribal Court.  A mutual agreement approved by the Court shall have the force of a civil judgment of the Tribal Court and if not adhered to may be enforced as a civil judgment under Section 5 of this Chapter or by any appropriate order issued by the Court.
