4-4-6. FAILURE TO REACH AGREEMENT.
If no agreement can be reached in the Indian way by the parties, the only remaining remedy is a civil action as provided by Chapter 1 above. If there is a civil action, the tribal judge who sat in on the informal hearing shall not preside.
