9-2-10. Suspensions from practicing.

All suspensions from practicing before the Courts of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe shall be for an indefinite period unless the Judge ordering such suspension specifically orders otherwise. Any attorneys suspended from practice before the Tribal Court may appeal to the Tribal Counsel and the action of the Tribal Council on said matter shall be final.
