9-2-2. Eligibility to be admitted.

Any professional attorney who is an active member, in good standing, of the South Dakota State Bar, or any attorney certified to practice before the highest Court of any other State or the Supreme State Court of the United States is eligible to be admitted to practice before the Rosebud Sioux Tribal court. An admission fee of $100.00 shall be paid by professional attorneys to practice before the Tribal Courts.
