1-1-1. JURISDICTION OF THE TRIBAL COURT

The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction to administer in probate the estate of a deceased person who, at the time of his or her death, was domiciled or owned real or personal property situated within the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation, to the extent that such estate consists of property which does not come within the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior of the United States.
