1-1-11. PERIODIC ACCOUNTING.

During the first 15 days of April and October of each calendar year, the Administrator shall file an account with the Tribal Court, verified by his oath, showing the amount of money that was received and expended by him, from whom received and to whom paid, with proper vouchers for such payment, the name and amount of each claim against the estate which has been presented, and whether such claim has been rejected, the property sold, if any, and any other matter necessary to fully show the condition and affairs of the estate.  If the Administrator is appointed within 60 days next preceding the first day of April or October, the filing of such periodic account shall not be due until the succeeding April or October.
