1-2-10. COMPENSATION OF GUARDIAN.

No guardian shall receive any compensation for acting as such without prior approval of the Court.  The Court shall approve for payment unto a guardian reasonable fees which fees should not annually exceed 10% of estates of $1,000 or less, 5% of estates of more than $1,000 but not more than $5,000 and 2½% of estates in excess of $5,000.
