1-2-18. REMOVAL OF GUARDIANS.
Any guardian may be removed by the Tribal Court for any of the following reasons:
- For breach of his trust;
- For continued failure to perform his duties;
- For incapacity to perform his duties;
- For gross immortality;
- For having an interest adverse to the faithful performance of his duties;
- For removal from the jurisdiction of this Court;
- In the case of a guardian of property, for insolvency; or
- When it is no longer proper that the ward should be under guardianship.
A guardian may also resign with the permission of the Court.
