10-1-13. Other liquor stores.

In directing the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Liquor Commission to operate a liquor store within a particular geographical area, the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council shall indicate whether or not any other liquor stores shall be permitted to operate in the same area. If other licenses are not permitted, no other licenses shall be granted for that area.
