10-1-16. Management of liquor store.

In the conduct and management of Tribal liquor stores the Commission is empowered to employ a person who shall be under the direct supervision of the Director, and who shall observe all provisions of this ordinance and rules and regulations that may be prescribed by the Commission under this ordinance.
