10-1-19. Hearing.

If any tribal member of any Community as recognized by the Constitution or By-Laws or Ordinance of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe shall file with the Commission a written request that he or she be notified of the time and place for hearing upon any specified application for a liquor license, the Director shall give notice to such person by certified mail and within a sufficient length of time prior to the hearing upon such application as to allow such person a reasonable opportunity to be present. For the purposes of this section, the certified letter must be deposited with the U.S. Post Office at least five (5) days before the scheduled date of the hearing.
