10-1-23. Violations.

Any person may file with the Commissioner a duly notarized complaint as to any violations of the provisions of this ordinance and immediately upon receipt thereof, the Commission shall cause the Director to make a thorough investigations and, if there is evidence to support the charge made in such complaint, the Commission must cause a revocation of the license in question and/or take other appropriate action.
