10-1-26. Dismissal, findings and report.

If the Commission determines the license should be revoked, and revokes such license, it must make, in writing, findings of fact as to every such violation alleged in such complaint before it revokes such license. It must, in addition, by the time of the next Tribal Council meeting, make a report to the Tribal Council.
