10-1-28. Public hearing.

All hearings under the provisions of this ordinance shall be public and place of hearing shall be specifically designated in the notice of hearing. It shall be permissible, when due notice has been given, for the Commission to hold hearings in the Community Hall of the Community wherein the license is operative.
