10-1-29. Order of revocation.

In any case where the Commission approves the revocation of a license, it shall forthwith make an order for such revocation and upon service of notice thereof on the licensee all of such licensee’s right under the license shall terminate three (3) days after such notice, except in the event of a stay of appeal.
