10-1-3. Liquor commission department.

There is hereby created a Rosebud Sioux Tribal Liquor Commission to administer and enforce the laws of the Tribe concerning intoxicating liquor and low-point beer. The principal place of business of the of the Department shall be at the Rosebud, South Dakota and suitable quarters or offices shall be provided for the Department by the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council.
