10-1-34. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this ordinance for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be punished by a fine of not less than $150 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment in the Tribal jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment plus costs.
