10-1-7. Removal.

Any Commission member or the Director shall be removed for cause and such removal shall not be in lieu of any other punishment that may be prescribed by the laws of the Tribe or the United States. Any member or Director so removed shall be entitled to an opportunity to be heard before the Tribal Council before removal.
