10-2-12. Sacramental wine.

The provisions of this ordinance, except as otherwise provided, shall not apply to the purchase and sale of sacramental wine. Ordained rabbis, priests, ministers, or pastors of any church or established religious organizations within the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation may buy sacramental wines from any person in such quantities as necessary for their religious purposes only.
