10-2-3. Request for License.

In accepting or rejecting a request for a license, the Tribal Liquor Commission shall consider the need of the area to be served for such liquor sales, the number of existing licenses businesses covering the area, the desires of the community within the area to be served, any law enforcement problem which may arise because of the sale of liquor, the character and reputation of the person seeking the license, suitability of the physical premises and plan of operation of the person seeking the license, and any other consideration relevant to the request.
