10-3-2. PURCHASE, POSSESSION BY MINOR.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 to purchase attempt to purchase or possess or consume intoxicating liquor, or to misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing of attempting to purchase such intoxicating liquor. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $360 or by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for a period not less than 30 days or more than 120 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment with costs.
