3-3-1. RULES OF PROCEDURES.

The rules and forms governing practice and procedures and policies shall be adopted and followed in the Tribal Juvenile Court, subject to the approval of the Tribal Court.  Copies of such rules and forms shall be made available for public inspection by the Clerk of the Juvenile Court.
