3-3-15. COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE OF WITNESS.

A parent or guardian shall be entitled to the issuance of compulsory process for the attendance of witnesses on his own behalf or on behalf of the child.  A guardian ad litem or probation officer shall be entitled to compulsory process for the attendance of witnesses on behalf of the child or on behalf of the Tribe.
