3-4-2. DEFINITIONS - AMENDMENT

1. The term used in this Chapter shall have the same meaning as the terms defined in Section 1903 of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and the definitions set forth in the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Juvenile Code, Chapter 1, General Provisions at 3-1-2:
   1. “Children’s Court Judge” shall mean any Judge of the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court who is authorized to act as a Judge of the Children’s Court.
   2. “Tribal child” shall mean a child who is a member of, or eligible for enrollment in, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
