3-1-8. COURT.

  1. Sessions.  Court sessions shall be held within the Reservation at the Tribal Court and at such times as the Judge shall direct.
  2. Court Facilities.  Suitable Courtrooms shall be provided by the Judicial Committee of the Tribal Council for the hearing of cases, and office space, equipment, and supplies for the use of the Judge, officers and employees of the Court.
