2-1-6.1. IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES DEFINED.
Irreconcilable Differences as used in this Chapter is that state of relationship between the parties to a marriage when differences of opinion or conflict have developed between the parties which cannot be resolved other than by a termination of the marriage.
