2-1-9. RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.

The Plaintiff in an action for divorce must at the time the action is commenced be a resident of the reservation of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and remain a resident throughout the proceeding until the decree of divorce is entered. Further, one of the parties to the marriage must be a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
