2-3-11. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF ORDER OR A CONSENT AGREEMENT-CIVIL CONTEMPT.

Upon violation of the order of protection or a Court-approved consent agreement, the Court may hold the Respondent in civil contempt and punish him in accordance with the law.
