2-3-2. JURISDICTION.

This ordinance shall be construed to invoke the civil jurisdiction of the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Courts over Indian and Non-Indian persons subject to the Court jurisdiction.  The jurisdiction of the Court shall remain in effect until such time as a complaint for divorce is filed and the Court orders the dissolution or modification of any order of protection.
